The decoration at Peniarth Ganol was absolutely charming, with beautiful floral wallpaper and cozy furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easy to navigate, even for us senior folks. I especially appreciated the wide hallways and the presence of handrails, making it safe and convenient for me to get around.
I would have loved to see more assistance available for senior guests. While the children working there were polite, a dedicated staff member who could help with luggage and other tasks would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us seniors.

The cottage had a charming decor with beautiful country-style furniture and lovely floral curtains. The common areas were spacious and adorned with cozy rugs and comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people like me to relax and enjoy. Plus, the hotel had a convenient layout with no stairs or obstacles that would be troublesome for older guests.
It would have been wonderful if the children working there had offered some additional assistance for senior guests, perhaps helping with luggage or providing extra support when navigating the farm.

I got to play golf, fish, and cycle in the middle of nowhere. Wow, how exciting! And guess what? I also had the luxury of complimentary WiFi and private parking.
My only complaint is that I didn't have enough time to participate in all the thrilling activities they offered.

The room at Peniarth Ganol was amazing! It had not one, but two bathrooms. And guess what? One had a shower, a hairdryer, and even a washing machine! The other had a bathtub. It felt like I was living in luxury, especially as someone who loves to have options and likes to take long relaxing baths.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was that one of the bathrooms didn't have a shower. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Renovated to a mind-blowing standard with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen and cosy bedrooms. The 10-seater dining table and log burner in the loving area create a super atmosphere. The utility room and huge walk-in shower are great additions. The location is peacefully remote, yet only a short drive to twynn for a takeaway and essentials. The working farm adds a unique touch and the owner is incredibly helpful and polite. Surrounding countryside and mountains are jaw-dropping. A truly magical stay!

This charming cottage is nestled in a remote and picturesque countryside, offering breathtaking views and tranquility. The interior of the cottage is meticulously renovated, boasting underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and cosy bedrooms ensuring a restful sleep. The living area is spacious and inviting, with a 10-seater dining table and a log burner. The cottage also features a utility room with modern amenities, including a washing machine and a huge walk-in shower room.
There were reports of a leak in the upstairs bath, which caused water damage in the kitchen. However, it is worth noting that this issue has been acknowledged and reported by previous guests, indicating that the management is aware and likely working on a solution.

We had an absolutely magical stay at a charming cottage in a remote and peaceful location surrounded by stunning countryside. The cottage was beautifully renovated with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were cozy and the mattresses provided the best night's sleep. The host, Bryony, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The working farm nearby added to the experience and the kids loved interacting with the cows and bull. The cottage's proximity to the beach and local town was convenient for us too.
The surface outside was softer than expected, causing one of our bikes to fall over. A small warning about this would have been helpful.
